"Server won't connect" when using Firefox/Window's 7/ Kaspersky

This post will guide you how to fix the "Server won't connect" error that may be experienced using all web-browsers and many computer programs on Windows 7 along with Kaspersky Internet security.

(The web-page may often load after refreshing the page multiple time's)

To fix this problem, you will need to :-
  1. Open Kaspersky Internet Security
  2. Go to "Protection Center"
  3. Open "Files and Private Data Protection"
  4. You will then disable "Proactive Defense" which you can do by clicking on the "Proactive Defense" button and press "Disable Proactive Defense"(as seen below)

This should fix any problems experienced in Firefox/ IE8/ Google Chrome or any other Web browser whilst using Window's 7 and Kaspersky. This may also work with other operating systems, but has not been tested.

*But please be aware that this may disable some security feature's of Kaspersky so please be sure you activate window's security or another Internet Security Software such as AVG or Avast*  (there is other many free anti viruses available, google is your friend!)

Please note, if this does not work to fix your problem, you can also disable  Anti-Virus, which is under "Online security" but please activate "Window's firewall" for maximum computer security.
